Satisfaction Survey Cites Confidence, Trust, and Teamwork in Riverside Care!
Last spring, Riverside surveyed people we serve to gain insight into what we are doing well, where we can improve, and our overall impact in people’s lives.
While we continually monitor our programs to improve our work, we were very happy to discover in this confidential forum that a significant majority of those we serve had highly positive feelings about our staff and their care. From 661 responses, 93% either agreed (29%) or strongly agreed (64%) that they were satisfied with the services they received and, crucially, felt that staff were respectful and responsive to their needs.
With our dedicated employees working hard to make a difference in people’s lives, it’s encouraging to find that Riverside continues to meet the standards we strive for!
People remarked that treatment plans were insightful, thorough, and collaborative in meeting their needs, and that care options were abundant within the wide network of Riverside programs. Others noted that the bond formed with clinicians and other staff created a level of trust and confidence that enabled them to make significant, lasting improvements in their quality of life.
Let us tell you in their own words, quoting those who expanded their feedback in the open comments section of the survey:
