Riverside’s Board of Directors Approves Strategic Plan for 2025-2027

Riverside Community Care’s board of directors approved its 2025-2027 strategic plan, Future Forward: Our Strategy for Innovation, Inclusion, and Growth, at its board meeting on October 26, 2024.

The plan represents the culmination of months of hard work, collaboration, and input from Riverside’s leadership team and board of directors. It’s a clear path forward that will guide Riverside over the next three years as the organization continues to make a difference through innovative and compassionate behavioral healthcare and human services. The plan reflects Riverside’s ongoing commitment to excellence, diversity, and innovation – setting the course for how it will grow and enhance services, support the workforce, and strengthen advocacy efforts.
