Dedham, MA — Riverside Community Care, a leading behavioral healthcare and human services organization in Massachusetts, is pleased to announce and welcome Monica Garlick as the new Vice President of Quality Management. In this role Garlick oversees all of Riverside’s quality management efforts including regulatory compliance, human rights protection, examining outcomes, incident investigations, and generally ensuring quality of care across the organization.

Garlick recently completed her Ph.D. in Public Policy at the University of Massachusetts and has extensive professional experience in healthcare policy, advocacy, and public health research. Her recent work includes conducting regulatory research for healthcare clients and monitoring efforts made by MassHealth. She also served as the Research Director for the Massachusetts Joint Committee on Economic Development and Emerging Technologies, as well as an analyst for the Massachusetts Joint Committee on Public Health.
