Riverside Community Care Receives Highest Accreditation

Dedham MA, August 9, 2016 – CARF International, an accreditation organization for health and human services has awarded Riverside Community Care, a mental healthcare and human services organization, with their highest level of accreditation.  CARF International accreditation demonstrates a service provider’s commitment to continually improving services, encouraging feedback from those served, and serving the community.  This is Riverside’s sixth consecutive Three-Year CARF International Accreditation at the highest rating. The accreditation team noted one particular quote from an individual served by Riverside, “I would still come here even if I hit the lottery.”

The official CARF report highlighted Riverside as an organization that “benefits greatly from a team of staff members who are extremely committed and passionate in the field of recovery and meeting the needs of the persons served.” Kathy Janssen, Vice President of Quality Management for Riverside was delighted with the decision, viewing it as “deserved recognition for our high standards, hard work, and commitment to the wellness of the individuals and families we serve throughout Massachusetts.”
