For youth experiencing a mental health or substance use crisis
Our Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention team provides services to youth (under 21) experiencing a behavioral health crisis with a mobile, face-to-face response. Our team helps prevent unnecessary hospitalizations, and we will meet youth and their families at one of our community-based locations or travel to homes, schools, and other settings to provide high-quality support.
The MCI team can remain involved with the family for up to a week for continued crisis intervention and help the family connect with ongoing behavioral health services and supports.
How We Help
Our team is here to help people avoid hospitalization or a lengthy hospital visit whenever possible. When you call our mobile crisis intervention number, we will:
- Evaluate the situation and make a plan for you or the person in crisis to be seen by one of our clinicians
- Work with you to develop a strategy that promotes long-term stability
- Connect you with a strong support network and create a comprehensive plan for stabilization and sustained recovery
Our clinicians can meet anywhere in the community, including our offices, a school, a home, or other community setting.
