- Access to Cultural Competency and Implicit Bias Awareness Training for Healthcare Professionals via Quality Interactions
- Free employee registration for the annual Riverside Trauma Center & MindWise Innovations Conference, a highly-anticipated event focused on important issues such as suicide prevention, trauma, and workplace mental health and substance use
- CE/CEU credit for professional training
- Tuition discount for online or in-person advanced degree or degree completion at Regis College
- Scholarships, grants, and tuition discounts for select programs at Anna Maria College, Capella University, Springfield College, and William James College
- Educational assistance up to $1,000/semester, maximum $2,000/year (pro-rated for part-time employees working at least 20 hours/week)
