Leading Developmental and Cognitive Disabilities Specialist Joins Riverside Community Care

Thomas Hall, one of New England’s leading specialists in developmental and cognitive disabilities has been named as an Associate Division Director for Clinical Services at Riverside Community Care. The organization, headquartered in Dedham MA, is a provider of behavioral health and human services across eastern and central Massachusetts.  Hall is a resident of Monument Beach and holds a Masters Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling.

In his new position, Hall’s responsibilities will include overseeing comprehensive behavioral support programs for individuals with developmental disabilities or brain injury.   He will also lead the intensive training of direct care professionals to successfully support individuals with significant behavioral issues.

Hall brings more than 30 years of senior clinical consultation and management experience in supporting individuals with brain injuries and developmental disabilities.  He is nationally and internationally recognized for his contributions.  He is especially known for his ability to mentor and inspire staff in addition to his clinical and managerial skills.
