Riverside Community Care Names Paulo Fulton Executive Vice President

Dedham, MA – Riverside Community Care, a nonprofit leader in behavioral healthcare and human services, announced that Paulo Fulton, most recently Riverside’s Chief Human Resources Officer, has been named Executive Vice President.

“I’m very pleased that Paulo will help guide Riverside into the future,” said CEO Marsha Medalie. “With his clinical experience and executive management experience, I know Paulo will contribute significantly to Riverside’s important and impactful work for years to come.”

Fulton is a licensed independent clinical social worker (LICSW) with many years of counseling and clinical management in mental health, addiction treatment, and human service organizations. He has a master’s in clinical social work from Boston College and received his BA in psychology from Stonehill College. Fulton’s career changed course when he earned an MBA from Suffolk University and began working in human resources. He has served Riverside in various human resources roles of increasing responsibility for nine years.

In his new role, Fulton will help oversee the delivery of Riverside’s broad array of services and supervise the Vice Presidents of four divisions – Behavioral Health, Child and Family, Community Living, and Developmental and Cognitive Services – as well as the Vice President of Human Resources and Riverside’s Chief Medical Officer.

Fulton remarked, “Riverside has a long tradition of delivering high-quality, innovative behavioral healthcare and human services with a strong leadership team across our many divisions and programs.  We are ready to expand Riverside’s services to meet growing community needs and make an even bigger impact in the field. I’m excited to begin the journey.”
