Community Celebration
Riverside’s Virtual Community Celebration!
What a wonderful virtual community celebration! We are grateful to have so many of our donors, staff, volunteers, and friends – our community – come together to honor Frank and Wendy Saba and celebrate our launch of the public campaign for Riverside’s new Behavioral Healthcare Center in Milford.

Frank & Wendy Saba
Frank Saba has spent his career working for the health and well-being of the community he loves – Milford and the towns that make up the Blackstone Valley. He and Wendy have been lifelong advocates of behavioral health and human services. Wendy was the longtime president of Stepping Stone Community Theater, Inc, a nonprofit community theater group that includes developmentally and physically challenged young adults. After many years of service as CEO of Milford Regional Medical Center, Frank turned his attention to a gap in healthcare that he had long observed: the difficulty local families and individuals experienced finding behavioral health services when and where they needed them.
Riverside’s new Integrated Behavioral Healthcare Center
With the support of the local community, Riverside is working to move to a larger Behavioral Healthcare Center at 176 West Street in Milford. The new center will address the growing crisis in access to mental health and substance use services for children and adolescents in south central Massachusetts as well as expand services for adults. Riverside is the largest community-based provider of outpatient mental health and substance use services in the area.
